Collaborating together

When we Follow the Flow together, there are three key needed elements for us both to benefit the most from our collaboration:

  • A genuine intention to find the best solution for every stakeholder regarding the transformation that will enable trust and transparency during the whole process.
  • An agreement to entirely enter our working relationship, with your heart and mind…as the whole YOU.
  • A consent to (maybe) be surprised on how your transformation will work out on the longer term and on the unexpected changes it might trigger as it flows through your organization.

Where we are

Follow the Flow SA is based in Aigle, and delivers services to clients in Switzerland, most often in the French-speaking part, from Geneva to Sion. Services can be delivered in French, English or Italian.

For things to reveal themselves to us, we need to be ready to abandon our views about them.

Thich Nhat Hanh

When you meet anyone, remember it is a holy encounter. As you see him you will see yourself. As you treat him you will treat yourself. As you think of him you will think of yourself. Never forget this, for in him you will find yourself or loose yourself.

How we work

Missions are usually a mix of remote and on-site working, depending on the projects’ needs. During long term missions, it is frequent that on-site working hours are more important at start to enable building trusting relationships and discussions with the different stakeholders. Then, they decrease over time to be replaced by productive remote working hours. Shorter term missions are most of the time organized on-site.

Public transports are used whenever possible and offer useful remote working possibilities to compensate the distance and support work-life balance.
