There are lots of things I could tell to describe who I am and where I come from. Today, I think all happenings in my life contributed to the person I am in the same exact way. Each experience I ever made since I was a child – trauma and mindfulness, conflicts and love, illness and healthiness, loss and discoveries, loneliness and motherhood, to mention a few – all of them made me find out and solve a new piece to my life puzzle…and this is continuing everyday.
Because I experienced resilience mechanisms so intimately, it became natural for me to support organizations and individuals who are willing to activate their own resilient skills to better adapt to changes that we all go through. This is what I have been doing in the last ten years. Obviously, my Psychologist and IT Specialist backgrounds still help with a regularly growing set of concepts, toolboxes and methods that can be tailored based on my clients’ needs. However, today when I support the people side of change inside organisations, I learned that it is not what I tell, do or know that makes a difference. It is quite the opposite instead. When situations are fluent, it is always because I am courageous enough to trust my intuition and bring a personal touch into the concepts, methods, and tools I am using to make them more efficient to my clients’ present situation.
Have you ever wondered why some people seem to get everything they want and others not? I did (a lot!)…because I felt like I wasn’t getting enough of what I wanted in my own life. One step after the other, I learned that I was the only one responsible of what I was attracting into my life. And once I had understood that the map I had built about my reality, was not the reality, I decided to break the habit of being myself. My best decision ever!!!
