Il y a de nombreuses choses que je pourrais \u00e9crire pour d\u00e9crire qui je suis et d'o\u00f9 je viens. Aujourd'hui, je crois que tous les \u00e9v\u00e9nements de ma vie ont contribu\u00e9 de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re \u00e0 celle que je suis devenue. Chaque exp\u00e9rience que j'ai v\u00e9cue depuis que je suis enfant - trauma et pleine conscience, conflits et amour, maladie et sant\u00e9, pertes et d\u00e9couvertes, solitude et maternit\u00e9, pour n'en citer que quelques unes - toutes m'ont permis de d\u00e9couvrir et r\u00e9soudre une pi\u00e8ce du puzzle de ma vie...et cela continue chaque jour.<\/p>

Parce que j'ai exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 les m\u00e9canismes de r\u00e9silience aussi intimement, il m'est devenu naturel de soutenir les organisations et les personnes qui cherchent \u00e0 activer leur propre r\u00e9silience pour mieux s'adapter aux nombreux changements que nous traversons. C'est ce que j'ai fait depuis les dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Bien entendu, j'utilise toujours mes formations initiales de psychologue et d'informaticienne de gestion en y ajoutant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de nouveaux concepts, outils et m\u00e9thodes qui me permettent d'adapter ma pratique aux besoins de mes clients. Quoi qu'il en soit, aujourd'hui quand j'accompagne mes clients dans leurs transformations, j'ai appris que ce n'est pas ce que je dis, fais ou sais qui fait la diff\u00e9rence. Au contraire! Lorsque les situations sont fluides, c'est toujours parce que je suis assez courageuse pour faire confiance \u00e0 mon intuition et apporter une touche personnelle dans mes concepts, m\u00e9thodes et outils afin de les rendre plus efficients \u00e0 la situation pr\u00e9sente de mes clients.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
